Error Notifications

We require notice with photo evidence for shortages, damages and all other errors on the day of receipt.

We are unable to accept claims for any loss incurred as a direct, or indirect result of any delay in delivery times quoted.

On occasions, couriers may deliver your parcel at 48 hours, not 24 hours. These circumstances are out of our control; therefore, we do not guarantee a next day delivery service, we do not track orders so will not be able to notify you of courier delays. We will not replace or refund orders that have been rejected by the customer at 48 hours due to courier delays. Our boxes do keep everything frozen for 48 hours.

Refunds & Right to Cancel

Please be aware that you only have the right to cancel your order before the delivery for your order leaves our shop by writing to us at

Any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 14 days.  

If your order has already been packed and passed to Parcel Force, it will not be possible to refund it.   

We cannot accept cancellations after this due to perishable nature of frozen food products.

Only cancellations via e-mail or telephone are accepted with order number and delivery postcodes provided.

We also expect our customers to provide a reason in their email messages, in order process their refunds.

Claims for partially-thawed food products are not accepted. In order to avoid spoiling partially-thawed food products, it is recommended to place them in a freezer as earliest as possible, as refreezing the products is safe.
